Scott Hawkanson was recommended to us many years ago when we were looking for our first home loan. At that time, we didn’t have a mature credit history, but Scott was able to assist us with a suitable loan and our first home was approved without issues. Since then, my wife and I have always used Scott’s services to purchase further properties or move our loan packages to other lenders.
Scott’s service doesn’t end when the loan is complete. He continues to provide us with market updates and recent sales information. And when a fixed loan is close to finishing, he’ll contact us and let us know our options moving forward.
Scott also does a lot in the background, negotiating with lenders for better rates and works to ensure the application process is as smooth as possible. We have had some difficult loan situations, but Scott has always got us through.
Scott is always helpful and easy to contact. At one stage, one of our loans was taking longer to process than expected. It ended up going into Scott’s holiday time, but he still managed the process, even outside Australia. Even between loans, he is happy to talk.
We have recommended Scott to family and friends, and he has helped them in the same way.
